The song is of course Moscau, it´s sung by the german group Dschingis Khan it came 4th in the Eurovision song contest in 1979.

Police puts cuffs on 5 year old girl

A videotape shows a 5-year-old girl punching an assistant principal at her school in Florida.

Police were called when the educator tried unsuccessfully to calm the girl down.

The child was sent to the office after continually disrupting her kindergarten class. She was handcuffed until her mother came the school to pick her up.

A teacher happened to have a video camera rolling during class for an assignment, but kept recording when the girl started to act out.
